We use a few small files called cookies. They keep you signed in, remember the area you chose and show prices in your own money. We do not use them for ads or tracking. What each one does
Your level is yours to set, and yours to change
Playing levels
Pick one of 5 levels on your account. The host of the court you ask sees it when they read your request, so they know whether you are still learning or you play matches. It closes nothing: every court takes every level.

You rally, you keep score, you know where the kitchen is.
Not on here, because it does not exist
How a level works here
Nothing to link, nothing to prove and nothing to keep up to date. A level is one word you choose, and you can change it whenever you like.
There are 5 of them and each one is a sentence about what you can do, not a number you have to work out. Choose the one that sounds like you. You can change it any time, and the next request you send carries the new one.
Where you set itOn your account
Our levels are adopted from DUPR's rating scale. Each one shows the DUPR range it lines up with, so if you know your DUPR rating you can find yourself. One level sits below that scale on purpose, because DUPR does not go that low and somebody picking up a paddle this week still needs a word for it.

We adopted DUPR's rating scale for our levels, and that is all. There is no link between your account and DUPR. We do not read your rating from DUPR, and nothing you do here changes it.
Our link to DUPRNone
No court refuses you for your level and no time slot is reserved for one. The host reads it and decides on your request like any other. Leaving it blank is a real answer too, and it says you are happy to play with anyone.

What a level is notIt is what you say about yourself. Nobody checks it, nobody scores you, and nothing on this platform works out a rating from your games. There is no ladder, no ranking and no qualification. If you have a DUPR rating, it stays with DUPR: we are not connected to it, and nothing you do here changes it.
Where it shows
A level is small on purpose. It exists so the person deciding on your request knows roughly what to expect, and so you can find the courts and the people that suit you.
The levels
These are the exact words the level picker offers you on your account. Nothing here is written twice, so what you read now is what you will choose from.
| Level | Where it sits | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Beginner | 1.00 to 1.99, below the DUPR scale | You have just picked up a paddle. You are still learning how to serve and how to keep score. |
| Novice | DUPR 2.00 to 2.99 | You can serve, return and keep a short rally going. You are still learning where to stand. |
| Intermediate | DUPR 3.00 to 3.99 | You rally, you keep score, you know where the kitchen is. |
| Advanced | DUPR 4.00 to 4.99 | You place shots on purpose and play a strong third shot. |
| Professional | DUPR 5.00 to 8.00 | You compete at the highest level. |
The names, the ranges and the sentences all come from the product itself rather than from this page, so they cannot drift apart.
It takes one press on your account, and you can change it whenever your game changes. No court is closed to you either way.
Open a request and you see the level that player set for themselves, and their record with you: how many times they have booked, turned up, or not.
