01. What we collect, and nothing else
We ask for the least that makes a booking or a game work. We buy nothing from a data broker, and there is no hidden profile behind the one you can see. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, they send us your name and email address, and we use those to make your account.
We do not ask for your date of birth, your home address, or a copy of an identity document. A court needs to know who is coming and how to reach them, and that is where it stops.
Some of it is optional and you decide: a photo and a playing level. A phone number and a country are only needed when you book a court, because the host has to be able to reach you and a court only takes players from its own country.
To stop one network from using up our map and place search, or from sending a flood of booking requests, we count searches and booking requests from each internet address, a few minutes at a time. We keep a scrambled form of the address that cannot be turned back into it, and delete it within a day.
A player account
The name we show other people and an email address to sign in with. A phone number and a country, which you add before you book a court. A playing level and a photo, which are optional. You write all of it yourself.
A host account
The name of the business, a contact email and phone, the courts and their hours and prices, the ways the host wants to be paid with the details for each, and anyone they invite onto their team.
A club, a squad or open play
Which groups you are in and your role in each. Whether you are going, on the waiting list or turned up for a session. Photos people add after a session. For a paid session, the payment reference and any screenshot you send. If you join open play as a guest, the name, phone number and email you give. And any report somebody sends about a group.
Posts on your feed
What you post: the words, the photos and reels, and who you shared it with (players near you, a club, or a session). Your likes and comments, and any report you send. A post for players near you is open to every signed-in player, but never to search engines. The feed shows it to players near the area you posted from, and that area is not shown with the post. Deleting a post deletes its photos and reel too.
Where you are, only when you press it
Your position is read at the moment you ask to search near you, and it is rounded to about a hundred metres before it is used for anything. We keep no history of where you have been, and nothing runs in the background.
