We use a few small files called cookies. They keep you signed in, remember the area you chose and show prices in your own money. We do not use them for ads or tracking. What each one does
Direct host messaging
Write to the host of any court you can see. Ask about the lights, the parking, the surface, the paddles, or what happens if it rains. You do not need a booking, and asking costs nothing.
An example thread
One thread, every booking
Are the lights on at seven in the evening?
YouYes, the lights stay on until ten. There are spare paddles at the desk if you need them.

Text only. No files and no photos.
Built for one question at a time
Most questions before a booking have one short answer. The thread is built to get it and then get out of the way.
Sign in and write to the host from the court page. You do not need a booking first and you do not pay anything to ask. Without an account, you can message the host after you book.
What it costsNothing
A reply appears in an open thread as it is written. If you have closed it, a notice waits for you in the app and the message stays in your inbox.
Where it arrivesYour inbox in the app
The thread carries the name you chose and nothing else. Your phone number and your email address are not in it, and the host cannot read them from it.
What the host seesYour name
The thread belongs to the court, not to one booking. Everything you have ever asked that court stays in one place, before and after you play there.
It is attached toThe court
For hosts
Your court inbox sits in the host dashboard, under the booking queue. It is in that spot because it is the same kind of thing: work arriving that somebody is waiting on.
If someone is a problemPress Options in the chat. Mute stops the alerts, block closes the chat for both of you until you open it again, and report sends it to our team, who then read it. You can still decline their next booking request.
How it works
From the court page to an answer, without losing the page you were reading.
Pick a court, then press Message the host. The button floats at the foot of the page, so it is still there at the calendar and at the price, not only at the top.
Find a court
The thread opens over the page. The address, the free times and the price stay on screen while you type. On a phone it fills the screen.
Ask
The answer arrives in the same thread. When you know what you want, ask for that time on the court page. There is no booking button inside the thread.

Common questions
No. Writing to a host is free, and you do not need a booking either. If you can see the court, you can write to it.
Not from the thread. It shows the name you chose and nothing else. When you book, you give a contact name and number for that booking, and the host sees those on the booking itself.
We do not measure it and there is no rule about it. A host is a person running a court. If you need an answer by a certain time, say so in your first message.
No. The thread is for questions. When you know the time you want, pick it on the court page and send the request there.
Find a court near you and put your question to the host. If you run a court, the inbox comes with it.
