We use a few small files called cookies. They keep you signed in, remember the area you chose and show prices in your own money. We do not use them for ads or tracking. What each one does
One code, one pass, one page for the money
Codes and receipts
When a host confirms your booking you get a 6-digit code and a QR pass on the same screen. The booking keeps the rest: every court, everything you hired, who to pay, and what comes back if you cancel.

The pass sits beside the code. The host scans it, or types the digits.
What the booking shows you
What you get, and when
Nothing to print and nothing to install. Everything below is on the booking itself, in the app or in a browser.
A confirmed booking shows a 6-digit code and a QR pass. The host scans the pass with the camera on any phone or computer. If that camera cannot scan, they type the digits instead.
Nothing to installIt runs in a browser
The booking lists every court and date, everything you hired, and the total. It also shows who to pay and where to send it, kept as it was on the day you asked, even if the host changes those details later. Paid by transfer? You can attach a screenshot, and the court team can see it.
Where it livesOn the booking, for both sides
At the desk
A court does not need a scanner, a turnstile or a card printer for this. It needs the phone or the computer it already has.
Side by side
| What it is | On your booking | At the desk | Kept on the record |
|---|---|---|---|
| The 6-digit code | Printed on the booking, big enough to read out | Typed into a box, or read off your screen | Stays on the booking |
| The QR pass | Beside the code, on the same screen | Scanned with a camera, or opened as a link | Points at the check-in screen for that booking |
| The bill | A line per court and per hire, and the total |
The code arrives the moment a host confirms. Nothing to print, nothing to install, and nothing added to the price of the court.
Scan the pass with the camera you already have, or type the digits. The arrival is stamped on the booking.
No prices here on purpose. A real booking is priced by its own court, in its own money.
Hosts pay us a monthly plan for the software. Nothing is added to what you pay for the court.
You pay the host, not us. The money never passes through this platform, so there is no cut on your bill and no fee hidden in the total. What a court costs is what its host set.
On your bill from usNothing
The cancellation terms are copied onto your booking when you ask for it, so a later edit by the host cannot change what you agreed to. Cancel and the booking says what is owed back. The host sends it and marks it sent, and you get a notice.
Who sends the moneyThe host, by hand
What a code is notIt names a booking. It does not open anything. There is no gate, no lock and no door code in this product, and somebody still has to let you in. The digits are random and short enough to guess, so they are a label you read out, not a key: looking a booking up by its code still only works for the people who run that court.
