No. Players pay us nothing on any plan. Only the host pays. A player can book with a free account, or as a guest with no account if you allow it, and every court allows it until you switch it off.
Every new host starts on Starter with 7 days at no cost. We ask for no card, so nothing can be charged by mistake. We tell you two days before it runs out. Pro and Club have no free week.
A question about one court is best asked of the host who runs it. A question about hosting is answered by the host pages.
Sign in, open any court page and use the message button. It starts a thread with the people who run that court, and you can ask before you book anything.

Find a court near you, see the free times and ask for the one you want. You can book with a free account, or as a guest where the host allows it.
Your court page, your photos and every booking you have taken all stay. New booking requests stop until you pick a plan, and they start again the moment you do.
A player can ask for a repeating booking, so a weekly game is one request rather than a new one every week. Each date still needs a free court, and you still decide on the request.
