Common questions · Players and hosts
How booking works, what a plan costs, how a host is paid, and the things we do not do. If your question is about one court, the message button on that court page reaches the people who run it.
Showing answers for "paid"
Straight away, and not by us. A player pays into your own account, so there is nothing for us to pass on and no payout to wait for. You switch on the ways you want to be paid and enter your own details for each one.
A question about one court is best asked of the host who runs it. A question about hosting is answered by the host pages.
Sign in, open any court page and use the message button. It starts a thread with the people who run that court, and you can ask before you book anything.
What the host side does, what a plan costs where you are, and what we never charge you for.
