We use a few small files called cookies. They keep you signed in, remember the area you chose and show prices in your own money. We do not use them for ads or tracking. What each one does
Each host sets their own cancellation rule. It is copied onto your booking when you request it, so a later change does not affect you.
Your booking page shows the rule under Booking rules and how it works. It says until when you can cancel and get everything back, and how much the host keeps after that.
Opens the picture full sizeGo to If you cannot make it and press Cancel this court. Before you confirm, it tells you what comes back to you. Each court in a booking is cancelled on its own, and a reason is optional.
Opens the picture full sizeThe host sends any refund themselves, outside the app. When they have sent it, they record it, and you get a notice with the details.
The pictures show example courts and players. Your own screens show your own courts and bookings.
